Once we've found THE ONE, we will make an offer and I will negotiate on your behalf and walk you through the details. Satisfy Conditions
Before I hand over the keys to your soon-to-be home, we have to work together to satisfy any applicable contractual conditions within the agreed-upon timeline, such as; home inspection, financing, and water tests. Once all conditions have been met, your lawyer will start their title search and prepare for closing.Key Release
Once all the legal paperwork is complete, title of the home has been transferred to you, your lawyer will advise me to release the keys and you will officially be a homeowner. :)Contact me
